Devon Sanchez, owner & brewer
Devon Sanchez grew up in the Coachella Valley and left to learn everything he could about beer and wine — UC San Diego, Sonoma wine country, the Bay Area brewing scene, New Zealand harvests. He came home when Coachella Valley Brewing called, helped build it from the ground up, and walked away knowing exactly what he wanted to do next.
Desert Beer Company opened in Palm Desert in 2019. Now there are two locations. The valley asked for it.

Desert Beer Company is the concept of Devon Sanchez, owner and brewer. The brewery is open as of July 2019. It is conveniently located off the 10 and Country Club.
Desert Beer Company is a comfortable, casual place where all are welcome to come enjoy a high-quality, fresh craft beer served up by our helpful, cicerone-certified server team that can guide any guest through our brewing process, leading guests to their new favorite glass of beer.
